For many of us, “bliss” is not the word that comes to mind when we think backbends. More like “crunchy", or “ow", or just "no thank you". This workshop will teach you to lengthen the spine and decompress the lower back in backbends. Create space around the heart by releasing toxic attachments and moving the breath into all sides of the body. Experience the juicy, sweet release possible in deep backbends! All levels welcome.
